Accepted payments are cash, check, venmo, credit cards, and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards.
A 48 hour notice is highly requested when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Payment in full is required if cancellation is 24 hours or less.
Therapists reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Massage sessions are strickly professional.
If a client comes to a session with an illness, (such as but not limited to; contagious infection, persistant cough, fever, rash) therapist has the right to refuse service for that day. This is to protect the client and the therapist. It is in the clients best interest not to receive massage when ill.
